REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
At Referencement Local Pro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to every client. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Service Categories
Our services are divided into two categories that are subject to different refund terms.
Monthly recurring services include Local SEO, Reputation and Reviews, and Google Ads Management. One-time services include Web Design and Development.
3. Monthly Recurring Services
Monthly recurring services are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has begun and work has commenced, no refund will be issued for that month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@referencementlocalpro.com at least 5 business days before your next renewal date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within an active billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. One-Time Services
One-time services such as Web Design and Development are governed by the following refund terms.
If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed at the time of the cancellation request. Once the project has been delivered and written approval has been received from the client, no refund will be issued. Refund requests for one-time services must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following situations: the service has been fully delivered and approved by the client, the cancellation request is submitted after the applicable deadline, the client has violated our Terms of Service, the unsatisfactory results are due to factors outside our control such as algorithm changes, market conditions, or inaccurate information provided by the client, and third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the client such as advertising spend or domain registration fees.
6. Advertising Spend
For Google Ads Management services, the management fee paid to Referencement Local Pro is separate from the advertising budget spent directly on Google. Advertising spend paid to Google is non-refundable as it is processed directly through your Google Ads account. Only the management fee is subject to the refund terms described in this policy.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at support@referencementlocalpro.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, the service purchased, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at support@referencementlocalpro.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law in Canada, Singapore, or Malta.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
